1. Order Cancellation Window for custom items (woodwork or personalized T-shirt)
Orders for custom Items (woodwork or personalized T-shirt) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
EXCEPTION TO THIS PART OF THE POLICY IS WHEN PRODUCTION HAS NOT BEEN STARTED WITH A CUSTOM ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS. (THIS IS A CASE BY CASE SCENARIO).
2. Order Cancellation Window for STOCK OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS (NO PERSONALIZATION)
Orders for STOCK Items (NO PERSONALIZATION) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders made TO ORDER (NO PERSONALIZATION) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO CANCEL AFTER 24 HOURS AND THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN CUT OR THE MATERIAL HAS NOT BEEN ORDERED, IT CAN BE CANCELED AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER.
IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS AND PRODUCTION HAS STARTED, THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
3.Exceptions
If there is an error (e.g., incorrect customization, damaged upon arrival), please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue WITH THE SHIPPING SERVICE.
4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME. ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THIS PAGE.
